What is quidditch harry potter?

Quidditch is a fictional sport created by author J.K. Rowling in the Harry Potter series. It is a game played on flying broomsticks where two teams of seven players each compete to score points by throwing a ball called a Quaffle through hoops at either end of a large field. There are also two other balls in play: the Bludger and the Golden Snitch. The Bludger flies around the field attempting to knock players off their broomsticks and the Golden Snitch is a small, fast-moving ball that is worth 150 points and is caught by a Seeker to end the game. Harry Potter is the star Seeker for his Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry team, Gryffindor, and his incredible talent and quick reflexes helped his team win multiple championships.
